This website is designed for inquiries and quote requests. Submitting a form does not create a purchase contract. Any sale, rental, modification project, delivery, or service engagement must be confirmed through written communication, accepted terms, payment arrangements, and applicable documentation.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, confirming site access, identifying restrictions, preparing the delivery surface, obtaining permits where required, and ensuring the selected container is appropriate for its intended use.

6. Delivery and Placement

Delivery estimates are subject to truck availability, weather, route conditions, inventory location, equipment needs, driver safety, and site conditions. CSI may decline, reschedule, or modify delivery recommendations if conditions appear unsafe or impractical.

7. Modifications and Custom Work

Custom container modifications may require additional review, drawings, approvals, deposits, fabrication time, inspection, or third-party services. The customer is responsible for code compliance, permitting, zoning, occupancy, utility connections, and professional review where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

SMS / Text Message Terms of Service

1. Consent

By opting in to SMS communications, you confirm that the phone number provided is your own, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you understand CSI may send transactional text messages to that number. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from CSI.

2. Types of messages you will receive

CSI sends transactional messages only, including delivery reminders, quote updates, site-access coordination, driver ETA information, and replies to inquiries you initiated. CSI never sends marketing or promotional texts.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies, but the typical range is 2 to 10 messages per order or quote cycle.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply, and CSI does not charge customers for sending these transactional texts.

5. How to opt out (STOP)

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT. CSI honors opt-outs immediately and sends one final confirmation message.

Reply HELP, INFO to receive CSI customer support and contact information.

Supported carriers may include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and other United States wireless carriers.

8. No guarantee of delivery

Wireless carriers may occasionally delay, block, or filter messages. CSI is not responsible for message delays or failures caused by carriers, network conditions, device settings, or other circumstances beyond CSI’s control.

9. Privacy and no third-party sharing

Please review the CSI Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent data will not be shared, sold, leased, rented, or otherwise disclosed to any third party for that third party’s marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes.
