A high cube container is the same general footprint as a standard unit, but the extra height changes how the space feels and functions. That extra clearance is useful for pallet racking, taller equipment, lighting, insulation, and office conversions.
For storage-only projects, the upgrade may be worthwhile when the customer needs more cubic volume without expanding the footprint. For modified projects, high cube units are often preferred because the interior feels less cramped after walls, ceiling finish, and mechanical systems are added.
CSI helps customers compare the cost difference against the project value, delivery availability, and intended use.
